They are better than using pads as they don't slip. Comfortable and durable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Period must have *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 15 January 2025* This has been a total game-changer for someone like me who deals with heavy periods and endless changing. That said, I haven’t worn it without a pad or tampon because ... (trust issues). Plus, being old school, I’m team panty liner even after my period—just in case.Pros:Super comfy—feels just like regular underwear but with bonus protection.Excellent as a backup on heavy flow days, giving you that extra sense of security.Leakproof (so far)Durable and washes well.Cons:Not exactly runway material—definitely more practical than pretty. Can feel a bit warm, especially on hotter days. All in all, these have been a lifesaver during my period. While I’m not ready to ditch my tampon/pad combo just yet (that level of trust takes time!), they’re the perfect backup for peace of mind. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 22 October 2023* Bought 2 packs of these, they work really well. Often used to leak as used pads, but had no problems with these as the protection goes right from the top at the front all the way to the top at the back. Very comfortable to wear in summer, although to do make you feel a bit warmer (or maybe that's just me!). Says hand wash, but I do mine on a quick wash on 20° in the washing machine. They do take longer to dry than normal underwear, but usually dry overnight. Would recommend. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/799557998-innersy-period-pants-for-women-heavy-flow-menstrual-underwear-pack](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/799557998-innersy-period-pants-for-women-heavy-flow-menstrual-underwear-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
