The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that tiny pieces have been breaking off already. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for use as a bar pad *by T***N on September 28, 2017* I got this as a pad for doing barbell hip thrusts, instead of a more expensive pad that has been recommended online. I place it under the bar, between the bar and my front hips/abdomen.This is thick and dense, and does the job for me. It may be a little thin for my wife's taste (she can still feel a little discomfort from the bar) but if needed you can always add a little more padding with a towel or whatever. I think for the use I got it for, it's just about perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have pretty severe plantar fasciitis and it has helped dramatically *by S***E on September 13, 2017* I adore this balance foam block. I have pretty severe plantar fasciitis and it has helped dramatically! It has also helped my balance. I use it every single day and practice different moves on it. I do taekwondo several times a week and my balance and ankle strength have definitely improved! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/80033014-infinafit-balance-pad-soft-foam-pad-for-core-strengthening-sports](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/80033014-infinafit-balance-pad-soft-foam-pad-for-core-strengthening-sports) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
