## Description

We recommend candle tins for beginner candle makers. The solid sides hide any imperfections in a candle, and they are easy to use and transport. Height is 1 11/16 inches, diameter is 2 13/16 inches. For the medium candle tins, 1 pound of soy wax will make approximately 4 candle tins.

## Features

- 12 tins with lids included. Works great for candle making, as well as other storage and craft projects
- Feet on bottom to allow airflow under tin and protect burning surface
- Wick alignment guide on inside to assure centered wick placement
- We've added a varnish coat to the inside of all of our candle tins. This layer protects the metal from aggressive fragrances like cinnamon and vanilla that can migrate out of the wax and react with the tin, causing discoloration

**Q: Is this made of steel? Is tin coatd only on the outside or everywhere?**
A: These are made of steel and coated on both sides.

**Q: If i want to stick a label on the side, what size should i get?**
A: You'd do better on the top. Side can fit 1" tall label

**Q: I was thinking of using these for spices - adding magnets for the side of the refrigerator.  How tight are the lids?  Thanks -**
A: I use these for teas, then tape the lids shut with strong packing tape because the lids are not very tight.

**Q: Are these safe to use for lotions/body butters?**
A: I don't see why not....they are great tins
