I typically ice prior with some relief. A review suggested this was life changing, so we decided to try it. The tl;dr is that this made the process more pleasant.In comparison, I thought this worked better than icing the skin and we were satisfied with our purchase. The spray likely took 10 seconds for the skin to turn white. We used the shot immediately. I could still feel the end of the shot and it had mild discomfort after, but just made a point to use the arm some.I will worry less about the expectation of pain, because the shot is worth it no matter what and this worked well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works! It is a little expensive for what you get, especially If you use it often. So just be aware and know what this is you are purchasing. Overall I am very pleased with this product.
