They did a great job in all aspects, light, confortable, easy and convenient locking sytems.I have to admit some unfortunate event happened though, a small fall and one of the pole got bent at right angle. Seems like it's better not to fall too much with them. Nonetheless I mentionned it to the customer service and they proposed to send a replacement of any of their brands. What's what I call a great customer service.
