This one was only £50 odd quid and a life saver, not only did the distortion go away with this one its got extra features and I have more control over things. The sound quality is excellent it really is and I can't tell the difference with my 1963 old Bush SRP30D which sounds incredible just like the modern day Audio Technica AT-LPXBT though I did have to upgrade my cartridge for modern day MM one. What such great value this little unit is. As you can see from my photo I have connected this to my record player then phono switch box then another pre amp to boost the bass and treble a wee bit. This set up works great. I also earthed it as well to the mains plug to reduce the hum it all sounds incredible. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bought this to amplify Denon DP-300f *by A***X on 2 August 2021* I bought this to amplify my Denon DP-300f. The Denon comes with a built in phono stage but this is much louder (twice as loud). I can plug my 3.5mm jack headphones straight in and adjust the volume. I can also connect this straight to my Bluetooth transmitter to connect with my pair of Denon Home 150 Bluetooth speakers. The volume dial works with both headphones and speakers.All in all, its a great device. I was happy with my system, now I'm very happy.Worth doing if you are using the Denon DP-300f built-in phono stage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but..... *by K***D on 17 January 2022* Product came well packaged and on time.Very well put together and solid feeling.Tried it out, Good sound quality. Although not enough volume, I had to advance the control to the 4 o'clock position to get a decent volume in the SONY MDR-7506 headphones, which are very efficient themselves.Turntable TECHNICS SL1210mkii, Cartridge AUDIO TECHNICA AT95SH tracking at 2 grams. Totally silent using my usual amplifier set up.The RIGHT channel of the phono pre-amp/headphone amp at that setting gave a very slight buzzing noise when the music stopped in between tracks.
