Review: Great Product Works As Advertised - Excellent product. I have a truck with 297,000 miles and have been getting some check engine lights on it. I have a scanner for the check engine light and it shows my catalytic converters are needing to be replaced. It was easy to use and I added the product to my tank as per instructions, cleared the check engine light and the product seems to effectively clean and keep the check engine light off. I have found I can get about two tanks before I need to add another can. At a cost of $3,500 to replace the catalytic converter, I can add a lot of cans before spending near that much. Hence I feel it is a great value for what you spend. Note that when you start, you many need to use a can every tank for a couple of tanks, but one every second of third tank keeps mine clear now. Great product which I use regularly and highly recommend.

Car shop wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace it and gave me no alternative solution. Found this product from YouTube vids and then read the reviews! I had nothing to lose so I put this in my gas tank when it was half a tank and drove it for an hour. My car usually jerked every time I accelerated from a stop. Eventually the more I drove it, the jerking wasn’t so rough… then it started to jerk every other stop. Then only one jerk every other stop… then only jerked after a couple miles of driving. **Q: Can I combine with Garantee to pass**
A: It all depends. Are you trying to pass an emissions test? It may take several times with several different bottles to clean out. Also it depends on how bad your catalytic is. This is not a miracle worker if you have a bad cat. It does a very good job on cats that are not completely packed. Your question is too vague

**Q: I have two vehicles, one with 80k miles and one with 110k miles. They both run fine with no check engine lights. Is this a safe preventative cleaning?**

This SAVED ME from an expensive fix. Too bad no car mechanic wanted to give me the scoop! My car had been jerking at low speeds due to a clogged converter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked temporarily -- will use some more and see how it goes

I drive a fairly old Honda Odyssey (2008) with 160+k miles, and have been getting P0430 (bank 2 catalyst below efficiency threshold). This engine has the variable cylinder control (VCM) which is known in some circles to cause a lot of oil consumption, especially on bank 2 cylinders, so I've disabled that feature, but still get the code, as my bank 2 catalyst is probably very very fouled. The bottle says, add 1 ounce per gallon, so I poured the 16 ounce bottle into a partially full gas tank (probably had about 12-16 gallons in there). After 100 miles of driving, the check engine light went away on its own and stayed that way till the end of the tank. Unfortunately, upon refilling the tank with new gas, the engine light came back pretty soon, but the fact that it worked once gave me some hope. Ordered a couple more bottles of this stuff. Prior to this, I've replaced spark plugs, all oxygen sensors, and tried the "LiquiMoly Catalytic Cleaner", which requires you to take apart the air intake and spray it directly into a running engine... which is annoying, and it didn't clear my engine codes permanently either. So, at least this is more user friendly, and I'll give it some more tries.
