I was disappointed to discover that spare spools for #5/6 are not just out of stock. The response from Maxcatchoutdoor was 'We are really sorry to tell you we won't sell the reel spool any more.'I feel this should have been pointed out at the time of purchasing the reel. If I had known I would have bought a different model/brand.I have challenged this saying that I think they are obliged to support the product, since when - nada.

The drag is either off or on, it takes very fine adjustments to get the drag just right but it is a pretty reel.
