The fit was perfect for my build, 5' 8" 163lbs with a 32" waist, right out of the box. My Samsung Galaxy and car key fit perfectly in the pouch with no bouncing during my run of 5 miles. The bottles did not leak, and I would suggest not to over tighten them. Over tightening the bottles will strip the threads, which could result in leakage. The lighted arm band also fit right out of the box, but I would recommend attaching it to the back of the belt since the front already has reflective elements. Over all this was a good purchase for the price, we will see how it holds up over time. Review: Would be a GREAT belt if they upgraded the bottles. - The belt itself is good. Great fit and comfortable. The bottles, on the other hand are tiny, cheap and leak - making for a pointless run if the water is gone by the time you need it.
