No, Cadburys Roses are Cadburys Roses.... chocolates made by Cadburys. Quality Street is made by a competitor. It used to be made by Mackintosh, but looks as if it is now Nestles. I prefer Cadburys Roses, however neither product is as good as it was a few years ago. I reccomend buying both products, then you can sit on Christmas day evening testing them out!
