Fairly disappointed , £14.99 for 5 refills is a bit much, don't do the same as me and assume the cartridge meant the actual fan, it doesn't, it's literally the blue bit you put in! Other than that the smell s divine, but expensive

These do seem to help breathing for the little ones (and the big ones too - I've used it myself). The problem is that you won't get more than two night's use out of each refill, and it starts getting a bit expensive after a week or two.
