Review: Easy setup - Using this as a gas tank level sensor in my new lawn mower. Have it set up to come on when the tank is low enough for a full gas can fill. Easy to choose the output mode and adjust sensitivity. Applied with double stick tape. Only issue was the small ga wire difficult to connect. It came with a female 4 post connector for PC board but it needs a mate and pigtail. Ended up cutting the connector off and using the small wire ga car stereo two piece screw together connectors for the splicing. So far so good. Pretty difficult working environment as far as heat and vibration.

**Q: Do you have a version that works with 3.3 volts to be used with a raspberry pi?**
A: I have used mime with an Arduino Mini Pro and an Arduino Uno.  I think it is a 5-24v version that is a XKC-Y25-V.  here is a website that explains the connections.  My concern would be that it takes 5 to 24 volts to drive this and you only have 3.3v.  You will have have to get a boost voltage regulator that take 3.3v up to 5.  check on Pololu.com.

**Q: Is the product waterproof? I want to use it on my pressurewashing trailer.**
A: You can pop off the back cover and see an adjustment screw (trim pot) embedded in what appears to be silicone goo. The screw is not sealed, so I would NOT consider it waterproof. Splash resistant would be more accurate.

**Q: There is an adjustment potentiometer on the device. Is this a 10 turn pot, 20 turn pot, or what? It seems to be able to turn more then 360 degrees.**
A: There is no adjustment potentiometer on the sensor device?

**Q: Will these work for gasoline inside a plastic jug (<1mm wall)?**
A: I think the answer is no.
Why?
I could not find anywhere a list of liquids that can be used. Water of different types are usually used. At one place I found a note that the liquid has to be conductive. Gasoline is not.
