I never really gave this product any consideration of how well it actually works. While at work I had already sweated through my undershirt that it was showing on the top one. Went to bathroom and noticed my head band was showing signs of perspiration but not one drop of sweat had passed through. Face was dry all day wearing this for 10 hours. As far as fit goes it stayed in place from start to finish. Been hand washed and machine washed and it still hasn't lost any of its elasticity. Have worn under my cycling helmet and still does a great job. Included are photos to show actual size, how you can adjust to your comfort, and wearing glasses. My head is roughly 22.5 inches or 57.15 cm.
