Each eye mask is sealed and you peel it off the sheet to apply. The packaging doesn't say how long to wear but the description on the listing says 10-15 so I set a timer for ten minutes. I opened the mask and I really don't like the way these smell. There is a slight fragrance which is fine but it also smells kind of like chemicals to me. I applied it anyway and it was very cooling immediately. After about 5 minutes I felt like it was super tingly and I didn't like the sensation so I peeled back half of it to see if I was having a reaction. My skin looked fine so I decided to just finish the ten minutes. The tingling kind of subsided but it did continue throughout the time left. I didn't notice any visible improvements in my skin afterwards and even with the sensation, my skin looks ok.
