Each ball valve also includes a built in check valve to not only protect your regulator but also prevent gas or beer migrating from one keg to another. It was very stiff to change the barb over to the other side as I needed to bring the gas line in to the right but it came lose eventually. I used TFE tape when tightening it back up and I haven’t had any leaks. Very pleased with it. Review: Gas leaks on arrival - Just tried to install into my kegerator. The thread where the main input barb is located is leaking. Even with a bit of wd40 it won't tighten. Any spanners I've tried with it are just stripping the thread. My fault for looking for a cheap one.
