Place ingredients in liner, take to work, plug in for 2 1/2 hours, stir and enjoy hot, smooth oatmeal for lunch. Cons: It's a mini crockpot warmer, so yes, patience is required for warm/hot food. Some people commented their food was warm in 1 hour. I can't say that. My schedule works for a 9:30am plug in and 11:55am hot meal to enjoy with no food odors in the room.
