The photos in the listing clearly show there is no logo, so that was a bummer. Second, the logo had a stain around it, but no stains anywhere else.I could live with these things, but Amazon reached out and offered a full refund and to expedite a new laptop sleeve to me. I am so impressed.Other than that, this fits my IPad 9.7 well. I had a hard time finding a tablet sleeve I liked, so I opted for this laptop sleeve. My iPad still fits well in it with a hard case and I like having the extra room.I would also agree with other users that the handle is TINY! I only had it for about 50 days, during which time it wasn't even used daily! Feels very sturdy and the inside has a soft lining to keep your laptop safe and prevent scratches. Zippers appear to work well thus far. The smaller pocket holds my charger but could also fit more. My laptop is 14", and there is still some room inside to fit other things if needed such as papers. The handle is really convenient and makes it easier to carry. Really great price and comparable quality, compared to other cases I've seen on Amazon and certainty better than the $30+ price tags in store.
