Review: Product came damaged - Really wanted to like this product but my box was very beat up when I received it. The condition of the desertcart box was fine, the condition of the product box on the inside was poor. There was chocolate powder everywhere and upon further inspection two of the pods were damaged. The more extreme one had what almost looked like intentional damage, and the top seam on the bag was asymmetrical which makes me worry that it was resealed. The second damaged capsule had micro punctures and small holes in the top metal part. I rinsed off the remaining ones and they seemed fine. Was not excited about the cleanup. As for the functional ones they work fine, the chocolate flavor is a bit artificial but would work well to mix with other coffees as a flavoring addition. It’s good with milk.

**Q: So, these either work or they don't.  which one is it, reviews are confusing.  do these work in a nespresso orignal machine?**
A: Yes they work in the machines that accept the original Nespresso pods

We believe the confusion arises from individuals with Virtuoline machines who think their "Nespresso" machines accept any pod that is Nespresso compatible.  

As you know, Virtuoline machines are completely different from original Nespresso machines.

A: Cocoa powder and sugar. 40 ml . However this brand is really disappointing

**Q: does the hot chocolate come in the nespresso vertuo capsules?**
A: Sorry, there are no compatible pods for Virtuoline.  We are not sure if Nespresso is making any hot chocolate products for Virtuoline.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great flavor but you to use several, so it's expensive

As someone who has never found a hot chocolate mix in the U.S. that doesn't have 2-3 times the sugar content and has half the cacao content that would be essential for a good hot chocolate, I was happy to find an imported product. This is good. It's delicious. However, I had to use 3 pods for a cup, using my Nespresso Latissima and topping it up with frothed hot milk. This made each cup probably the most expensive hot chocolate that I've ever had! As much as this is way higher quality than the alternatives, I'll probably continue to make my own hot chocolate the old-fashioned way: Unsweetened dutch-processed cocoa, sugar, & milk.
