I found each time I went out there was an improvement to sitting on a cycle saddle and the soreness that brings!! I had a gel cover fitted when I bought the bike too. Anyway met a lady who was telling me about the cycle shorts, so decided to try a pair. These shorts are very tidy, and I can wear them under skinny/slim jeans easily. Went out yesterday for about 45 minute ride, and these shorts did definitely make a difference. I generally felt more comfortable in all respects, and was able to concentrate more on the cycling, as opposed to trying to be comfortable. I am size 12, 8 stone 10lbs, and I got the medium size, which appears to be just fine. Would still appreciate more padding!!!! But these shorts made a major difference, and I am really glad I got them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They work!
