It comes with a scoop that is approximately equal to 2 TBSP. There are over 120 servings in the tub so its a really good value. I am taking this product for weight gain/maintenance because I have difficulty keeping weight on. I had read that maltodextrin helps with weight gain so I figured I would try it out. I have just been adding this into my current meal replacement shake that I take every day and it dissolves well. It doesn't really change the flavor of my shake so that is a bonus too.
