You have to use a great deal of the shampoo to get even a small amount of lather and the conditioner smells like hand lotion. The pumps on the bottles are not adequate for the amount of product you need. I won’t purchase this product again and I was really disappointed after reading the great reviews. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fell in love after 2 washes *by M***D on Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2018* I have only washed and conditioned with these 2 times now and I already love them! I purchased because they were cruelty free, were a good price for the quantity, and honestly I love the branding and design of the bottles. Although I did not like the amount of unnecessary plastic in the packaging. but it did show up in tact. The bottles are a matte semi rough plastic which I didn't think would be such a great perk- this helps prevent your hand from slipping on the wet bottle in the shower. But the best part is the actual shampoo and conditioner, which were all here for. The shampoo suds up, and actually leaves my hair feeling clean with out a second wash (something I have to do regularly). Once rinsed out it doesn't leave my hair completely parched and tangled, but the conditioner helps even more. As soon as the conditioner is applied it pulls through easily covering every strand and removes the few remaining tangles. Once rinsed out it leaves my hair soft and manageable. The first time I used these I put in a smoothing serum and blow dried my hair as usual and was happy. However I am just now really falling in love. Today I put it to the ultimate test of my hair- getting out of the shower and ONLY brushing my hair and leaving it to air dry. I'm seriously so happy! It is now 90% dry and my roots aren't greasy, my ends are SMOOTH and not dry and frizzy. The natural waves in my hair look AMAZING, they are lying evenly and my hair has honestly never looked and felt this good with such little effort.I will let you know that my hair IS colored. The majority is colored with an additive dark charcoal, and my ends are lightly lifted and normally feel pretty dry.I'm so happy with this purchase and so glad I finally found something that will be a staple in my beauty regimen. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THIS!!!
