The installation was quick and simple for the most part. And wow is really puts out the heat, and does so safely. I was actually amazed at just how much space it could heat. I was using electric heaters before and of course my electric bills were like a second mortgage, so after installing this it one did a better job than 4 of them could do all by itself.. cut my heating down to 1/3 what it was.. and actually heated more space evenly.. I highly recommend this heater to anyone..pitch those electric things and go gas.. Also it is dual fuel both natural gas and propane gas..I went the natural gas route.. so I can't really review it using propane :o) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy installation, works perfectly! *by S***R on December 24, 2019* This is the second ProCom and they are great. My first one quit after more than 7 years but needed replacement because of operator neglect. The second (actually third) was very easy to install, of course we already had the gas line installed. It was up and operating in less than 90 minutes. We use it in our TV room formerly a three season screened porch in the back of the house. Consequently, it was not set up with heating duct work and therefore no heat. The ProCom was the perfect answer. With respect to this being the "third" is the replacement second one arrived, was installed, but it proved to have a faulty control and kept going out. But, I ordered a replacement which arrived in a matter of a few days. I had already taken the other off the wall and boxed it back up with the printed shipping label, ready to go. The day the "third" arrived, it was opened, installed and proved working in good order. That same day the return was returned to the UPS store, dropped off no fuss no muss.On second thought, we actually had a previous ProCom set for propane heating we used in our Florida house before we moved. That was handed down to a nephew and is still working well in his northern Michigan cabin. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow! Really puts out the heat! *by V***V on April 14, 2021* I think I got a sun burn just standing in front of this for a few minutes..in a good way. Really takes the chill out of any room in minutes. Costs pennies per day to run and uses zero electricity in the event of a power outage. Even on low, my main boiler hasn't run but a few times this whole month. It's practically paid for itself in just 2 months? The gas line is a 3/8 NPT coming in from the bottom of the unit. If you plan on using the feet, you will need a 90 degree elbow for sure.
