Make sure to only bring one with you when you leave the house in the morning; when I've had more than one with me, I house them because they taste so good. I like the smaller (serving) size relative to the ProteinPlus bars I usually take, even though there's less protein/bar as a result. I lift decent weight (1st set of barbell bench is 1x135x25, 1x225x10-12, 1x225x8-10, 1x225x6-8; true max 315) and am training for warm-weather triathlons, so I need a good amount of protein without too many calories.
