I’ve been using this BackGood memory foam lumbar support cushion and it has definitely made sitting more comfortable. The cushion gives firm but comfortable support to the lower back and helps maintain a better posture, especially during long sitting at work or while driving. The memory foam slowly adapts to the back, and the shape nicely fits the natural lumbar curve. The build quality feels decent, the cover is breathable, and the straps help keep it in place. It’s lightweight and easy to move between chair, car and home seating. Pain relief isn’t “magical”, but it does reduce strain, stiffness and fatigue when used consistently.
