He was very communicative and professional. The replacement pair fits well and are comfortable. I've updated to 4 stars for stellar communication and customer service. I hope to get a bit more wear out of this pair (at which point I hope to update this review again), and I highly recommend Emil! I've had these for about 10 months and absolutely loved them. They're wider than the Old Navy flip flops I owned previously, and I liked that they were made from real rubber. However, they are already falling apart -- the thongs on both shoes are splitting at the "Y" after only 10 months of gentle, indoor only use (I wear them indoors and at home, so they are worn less than half the day and in low-wear conditions).
