They are bright and look incredible on both the house awning as well as in the trees. However, they do not come with an outside adapter for usb plug in, so you need to find an Water resistant adapter to plug them in to. Otherwise, keep the USB end out of the rain if you're going to use a standard "phone" adapter or something equivalent. We couldn't plug into our other tubes. Had to plug in separate, but absolutely worth the money! ### ⭐ NOT WATERPROOF or even Water Resistant! *by E***D on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2018* I bought these based on the description that they'd resist water. I live in Florida so we get occasional rain in the winter. These were filling with water after one storm I can't see these holding up after this year since they're loaded with moisture.
