Did not survive Phoenix heat
Case plastic warped and electronics stopped working in less than two weeks. Maybe supplier should use automotive grade plastic and electronics in an automotive product.

I live in an area where there are a lot of 18-wheeler trucks on the road. Been in an accident years ago, before this type of filming was available, which was not my fault but had no proof of it. My mom, in her early 80's, who bought this exact product a year ago an it has helped our peace of mind to know that if something does happen, we have evidence of what it was. Hope it never comes to that.

Definitely for someone who uses their car eight hours a day and needs one
Do you not like how it only comes with one pre-installed generic 3M adhesive that already stuck to the one and only mount bracket. No extras are given so when you do mountain to make sure you mount it somewhere you won’t be on mounting it and this isn’t released all of the voice especially that it has a brand name on the front of it could make your car vulnerable to being broken into. The settings are very complicated and way too much going on with the menu. If you park in downtown areas like I do now you find yourself having this in your glove box more than actually doing what it’s supposed to do. The sensor that detects your car has been hurt or feels any sort of vibration is very sensitive which you appreciate at first but it gets extremely annoying

No real battery
If you're looking for something that you don't have to keep plugged in skip this one. Needs to stay plugged into the cigarette lighter to function so you have a wire running down across the windshield at all times. It should have some kind of a battery life, but the battery actually only there to keep the memory settings. Very disappoint in it.
