Review: Great Costume - I bought this for an all-day Halloween office event at work. (Last minute purchase, arrived in 2 days as promised). **Pro's: (Truth) Everyone loved the costume. Much to my surprise, I won best costume, despite some very elaborate competition. Very light weight, so did not overheat despite wearing it for about 13 hours. The fake "shirt" is really a vest, with no sleeves. The jacket has "fake" shirt cuffs sewn in so it looks like the same shirt. Unbuttoned shirt front is perfect for obnoxious chest hair (real or fake) I was concerned about size, but the Large fit me fine, despite a 37" waist on a 5'9" frame. Pants are very long (one size fits all) but were easily hemmed with double sided tape. Waist is elastic. It does NOT look good without the matching jacket to cover it up. ** Con's: (Dark side of Truth) Very lightweight synthetic material with a very low melting point. This is a costume only and not "real" clothing. Arrived in a small package VERY WRINKLED! Against the label warnings, I had to use an iron to make it presentable. Because of the thin synthetic material, I took my time experimenting to find the right mixture of heat, steam and pressure without ruining it. I found the "Silk" setting to be most effective. Steamer by itself did nothing. Fore best effect: I added extra's to the costume and it really helped achieve the WOW factor: "Big hair" wig and mustache upgrade, fake chest hair, some bling gold chains and retro big framed rose colored glasses (total about another $20 plus raided my old stuff in the attic). The "fro" wig and big "Magnum PI" mustache helped transform mild me into dancing, pimping mystery disco man.

I wear a Large shirt so I order it in a large and it fit like I would expect. The material is kinda thin but not too bad. If you are looking for a 70's costume, this is definitely a great choice as long as you add the accessories to it.
