This isn't the newest book published on the subject, however, I found it very helpful as it covered more practical aspects of coping and understanding what was going on. It is NOT written in the condescending childish style of many books on the subject, those with mental health problems cannot be assumed to be stupid which appears to be a widely held misconception. Overall for me it was what i was looking for - an intelligent well referenced book on the subject.

This is probably the best guide I have read on Bipolar and is written in such a way to help with coping strategies on a practical CBT level. Theee are many other books out there on Bipolar but few offer insight and assist the reader in coping with Bipolar. Highly recommended.

Everything is just as described, perfect condition and all. My only complaint is that it arrived 5 days past the expected date, which might not be the fault of the seller, but was a nuisance nonetheless.
