While I thought I was going to have to replace the battery in my Palm, I decided to order a charger first with my fingers crossed. To my surprise it was my charger that was bad (YEAH instead). However, after plugging it up to get fully charged it was like gaining a new Palm all over again. I had to re-enter everything back into my device. When I went online to register it the site no longer exists I guess because iPads & iPhones have taken over and this device it obsolete now. Well I feel at this point the Palm is the safest to store information without having to send something up in the CLOUD (MOON) to store....I don't think so! I prefer the Palm for that to have better control of my information. So having my new charger is wonderful and if it ever goes out on me again, I know where to order.Oh one more thing, it doesn't hold the charge long not sure if that would be a big issue for me at this point but that's my only reason I didn't give it a perfect score (5).

I purchased to product to replace existing charger that came with the Palm Tungsten E. I was surprised that a charger was still available for this older product. The charger worked properly and fix. I also checked the voltage and current rating to be sure the rating matched my existing charger that came with the Palm.
