However, after only using it for a couple days I noticed my phone wasnt charging and after investigating, I saw that the insertion tab for the case that goes into the charging hole for the phone had separated so that it looked like it was split into two parts - back and front. Apparently its so soft that it bent and separated when I slid my phone down into the case. So I tried to reshape it and squeeze the front and back parts back together and then insert it into my phone's charging slot, and that did work.
