If you are interested at all in essential oils, this is THE book for you. First of all, it is a hard back book and it has PICTURES!!! You can look up the oil or the medical condition and figure out how to go about dealing with it with the oils. There are recipes or 'concoctions ' as I call them.. lol for making multi-oil rollers or diffusers. <-- I love that part right there.
