When I received the set the tamper tool, the one that compresses the grounds in the porta filter would not go down completely. I figured out that in the basket of my Delonghi espresso machine it has small indents inside the wall of the insert basket which prevented it from going down completely. It was a fraction of mm too indented so I found a tool in my tool kit which I was able to hammer the indent a little to make the tamper fit. Now it works perfectly and I’m pleased with the set.
