And it works awesome. It surely does give a relief. I use it for migraine and fluffy eyes. Just one thing to note - while heating in microwave , wrap around a bounty and make sure the beads are facing down. And at time you might see the whole pack bulge. They were flexible enough that I could wrap them around the swelling on my ankle, and there was a fabric side of the pack that made it a lot more comfortable on my skin! They thaw quickly, so it's on for the perfect amount of time (though it stays cool long after it thaws). I highly recommend this product if you're a klutz like me, hahah! ### ⭐⭐⭐ It's an ice pack *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2019* This works fine for smaller areas, so I bet it would be great for kids. Probably also great for things like a headache. I have been trying to use them for a number of injuries after an accident and tend to use an ace bandage to hold it where I want it to be for my 20 minute sessions. I haven't found it to be very malleable to the body, although it gets a little more flexible the more it thaws, of course. Not a bad purchase. I think, though, in the future I will go with a different product when I purchase ice packs.
