When I received it 1/2 of the string did not light. I was unable to satisfactorly resolve this. I was told to send it back which I did. As of today 12/15/18 the bottom strand, third strand would not light. Don’t have a clue why because they are connect to the top two and this strand is plugged directly in to the wall plug and it would not come on but the other did that are linked to this strand?????.These are really pretty, loved them til thankfully the bottom strand stopped working. I threw package away, so can not return. I’ll call Amazon tomorrow and see what they say.Keep you posted: Ok, those lights went out because my 9 year old Border Collie chewed on one of the lights.
