I was thinking they would be more solid like a metal feel to them. The wings are pliable so you can fold them or leave them straight. The sticky dots come with the decals. They are easy to remove from the packaging and use. They are really sticky but I haven't noticed any left over residue when I moved some of the decals around. They look great!
