But on a side note I read just the paper from the Prop 65 rule could make you violently sick if you eat all the paper in just one setting. **Q: Is it for outdoor use?** A: It hasn't fared well for us. We have an older one which held up for about 3 years before needing to be replaced. The lifetime warranty allows you only one replacement, so it really isn't a lifetime warranty at all. If you live near the beach, consider yourself lucky if it works for 2-3 years. That said, it is for outdoor use, just expect to lubricate frequently especially after rain or if you live near saltwater. **Q: What's the diameter of the shackle?
