I don't have a disc drive, just like 65% of the rest of the working desktops out there. So I had to track down my old laptop to copy the files off the disc, then over to the install desktop. A real pain.Easy solution for the manufacturer, a print a short link on a slip of paper that takes me directly to a download page. Yes, some won't be able to use that, as this is a network card, but chances are good that if you don't have a disc drive it's easier to use Ethernet into the router temporarily. ### ⭐ Didn't work, manufacturer stopped supporting. *by R***X on Reviewed in the United States on December 7, 2019* Never got this POS working, except once after 2 hours of trying, but it couldn't repeat it. All software was correct, it simply didn't work.
