It doesn't quite measure up to a just-showered feeling, but it’s definitely enough that it’ll hold me over for a day or two if I choose to wait until I get home for a full shower -there’s enough moisture to actually wipe down with it, but it still dries quickly after use and doesn’t leave behind a sticky or oily feeling on my skin, nor does it feel like it dries my skin out -the wipe itself is thick and large, so it doesn’t roll up or tear apart while using it and I found I only needed one to cover my whole body (although I’m only 5ft tall so a larger person might need two) Overall, these will be perfect for my hospital stay after I give birth (if I need them), but I can think of several other things I may use them for too. (made from plant-based ingredients & not tested on animals?** A: These are not tested on animals. But not plant based either. They look to be vegan. I won’t use them because of a few of the ingredients, the EDTA etc. **Q: Where is this manufactured?** A: Packaging says they are manufactured in China. **Q: Where are they made** A: Bar D Mountain Gear is a US company incorporated in Illinois. **Q: can you heat them in the microwave?** A: I’m not looking at the packaging right now, but I do not see why not. I would take them out of any packaging, wrap loosely in a paper towel, and heat on a VERY LOW temperature. Personally, I will probably try heating at 40% for about 15 seconds. That formula can always be tweaked and perfected with practice. When removing from microwave, WATCH OUT FOR STEAM! IT BURNS FLESH.
