As you can see in the pictures, the so-called snap-off or twist-off tops DO NOT WORK! Even with pliers, I still could not get the stick out of the tube. The development department at Power Swabs needs to be fired or vastly improved to ensure these products work well. The one that I did get to open (with a struggle) seemed to work well, as I tried it before bed. You definitely could feel the teeth stain removing and whitening working. Power Swabs definitely needs to reinvent how to open the swabs that are user-friendly. Maybe insert some type of tear-off or perforated top to the sticks that snap off easily with pressure.
