This deterred me from purchasing this item.** A: It says 17-28 days, but for me it arrived much sooner than that. I live in Washington State (USA) and I believe it ships from Hong Kong, China. **Q: Where is this made?** A: It doesn't say on the infuser, but I would guess it was made in China. I have had it almost 4 years and I use it at least twice a month, so it will last if you are careful with it.
