Very beginner friendly. I'm fairly new to wigs. The part I never seem to get right is the hair line area. Thankfully the bangs on this wig cover my forehead, so you can't even see my bad wig hair line. It comes with bang trimming instructions. It also comes with a clip on of some shinny plastic stains of hair. The slip on seems a little out of place because it gets lost in the wig hair. This wig also comes with two hair nets. The wig feels dense enough so it's not obvious you are wearing a wig. Didn't have a problem with loose hairs or anything.
