Review: Using for aquatic therapy - These duplicate what my aquatic physical therapist had me use in the clinic's pool. They work well for continuation of prescribed exercises at a fitness center's pool. They increase the resistance while doing leg strengthening exercises in water. I used them for 4 weekly session at the clinic, and for 3 weekly session at the fitness center so far. They are sturdy enough for heavy use at the clinic, and I'm sure my set will last a long time.
