I used to run a restaurant and use them for many years to cut bread, meat, vegetables, etc. It is my only go to knife here at the house and I love it. I only bought a new one as my others were from when I ran the restaurant and that was more than 15 years ago and I still use those knives. I highly recommend this knife as it has many uses. I have also given this knife as a gift to my children and to some of my friends.
