The arm rests are in line with the arm rests so it provides a very low position. The arm pads are VERY thin and you can feel the large detents for attaching the pads. Also the Velcro has a tendency to separate if too much lateral force on the pad. I have a torque wrench and had not met the recommended torque spec and I stripped the nut.
