The frother is quite light and handy. It’s also pretty strong, I was able to turn a 1/4 cup milk into a full cup of creamy froth in about 30 seconds quite easily. The on/off knob stayed on once I pushed it to on, which allowed me to remove my finger from it and hold the frother with a free hand, so I could move and maneuver the frother around and get a more even foam. I haven’t tried it yet, but I imagine it would do a great job with eggs too if I wanna do some baking, it’s really strong, or I should say much stronger than what I expected of a frother.
