It's not easy finding things for brain cancer. It would've had 5 stars however, glancing at it this morning, the cancer ribbon charm is missing as is one of the smaller charms (ironically I think it's the "made in America" charm). Honestly, the one that matters to me are the grey balls so no big deal. The silver color is also chipping away already which is disappointing. Not sure how much longer it will last but i'll wear it until it falls apart. I have a lot of Alex and Ani bracelets and this just doesn't seem to hold up as well but it is still pretty.**update** shortly after posting my review, i received a new bracelet in the mail. So far it's holing up much better than the first. It was completely unexpected and much appreciated.
