I normally wear a 14 wide, ordered the 13 wide and it was still way too big. Ordered the 12 wide and it fits well. With that being said, be VERY careful when ordering. It cost me $20 to return these to the seller, because they do NOT work with Amazon to provide free returns. So I paid $40, spent $20 to return and then $50 for the proper size which actually cost me $70 when I all was said and done. I purchase Clark shoes because of the comfort and quality that has been in the past. The shoe bedding is not as comfortable as the other style Clark shoes that I have purchased in the past. The quality of workmanship appears to be less than I expected. I haven't worn them except to try them on, so I can't comment on the longevity of comfort. They fit snug which I hope will loosen over time. These are definitely narrower. Despite that, they fit well and look amazing. My last pair gave me 5 years of nearly constant use (with or without socks), before the interior lining finally started to tear and the soles developed some holes. I expect these will perform just as well.The insoles are not very supportive and tend to wear out quickly.
