My daughter and I LOVE earl grey so that wasn't a factor. I, however, generally HATE lavender. Surprisingly, the lavender flavor teams up well with the bergamot of earl grey. We absolutely love this tea, and we drink a large variety of flavored teas. If you want a real treat, team this up with lavender honey -- not the crap that adds lavender to honey but the real stuff that bees make from lavender pollen. No, I'm not going to tell you where i buy my honey because it is a limited supply of this liquid gold and I don't want my supplier to run out before i get mine. Ask at your local farmers market to see if any beekeepers are selling it. Anyways, this tea is great even with regular honey and you should get yourself some.
