**Q: How long til you see a result**
A: Hi it takes about 4 wks but you do need the sun or sun bed ive just been away for 10 days got a lovely tan so they have helped but there are better ones on amazon and they give you a really nice tan they are called dr viton bronzan in a brown bottle hope this helps regards sharlene

A: Use a sunbed but I didn't find them great

A: These are hard tablets in a bullet shape so easy to swallow, they did nothing for me though

Unfortunately, for the first time in my life, this is a tablet I can’t have, it makes me sick, everytime I have it, not sure why, I’ve had beta carotene before from another brand, no issues, but this product however, always gets thrown back up within 3-5 minutes of taking it, honestly really annoying and I’m going to try and return it and use the other brand I previously used, great packaging and bottle and tablet is a nice easy to swallow size, just doesn’t agree with me unfortunately.
